D-CryptO

D-CryptO is a deep-learning model designed to analyze the morphological features of your colon organoids.

D-CryptO gives you a detailed insight into the structure and function of your colon organoid by detecting and measuring parameters such as opacity, budding and diameter.

1. Import Data and Use The Model

• Navigate to the appropriate section (single image, stitched image)
• Upload an image

2. Export result

• D-CryptO will generate a labeled image and a CSV file containing morphological features
• Download the CSV file
• Download the output image
